How WE GARTNER operates as human + AI: supervised AI agents, transparency and AI Act compliance (Art. 50). Our commitment to responsible, AI-augmented coaching.
Last updated: June 30, 2026
WE GARTNER is the first French executive coaching firm to operate as human + AI. This page is not a sales pitch: it is our transparency commitment. Here you will find exactly how we use artificial intelligence, what it does, what it does not do, and how to reach a human at any time. Our rule is simple and constant: humans deliver, AI assists, under human supervision.
At WE GARTNER, AI operates as an assistance and analysis tool, never as a substitute for the coach. In practice, it helps structure the answers collected through our assessments and prepare analytical material. Every AI-generated output is then reviewed, framed and validated by a human, Ludovic Baumgartner, before it is delivered to you.
AI does not decide for you and does not replace the coaching relationship. It brings speed and precision to the raw material; judgment, interpretation and the coaching itself remain human.
In line with the transparency obligations of the European regulation on artificial intelligence, we inform you clearly in two situations:
- VALÉRIE — the “AI Leadership Quotient” assessment: you complete a questionnaire and receive a score and a report.
- KATE — the “Life Board” assessment: an online self-evaluation of your twelve life areas.
- ALICE — the site's Customer Success desk: she routes your contact requests.
- PHILIPPE — the “leading under pressure” assessment: fifteen questions on the psycho-dynamics of leadership.
- CARLA — in the member area: she runs the “12 areas” assessment and comments on your results.
You therefore always know when you are interacting with an automated tool and when content has been generated with AI.
Legal basis: Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the “AI Act”) on transparency obligations — informing users when they interact with an AI system and when content is generated or manipulated by AI. These obligations apply from August 2, 2026.
At any time, you can ask to speak with a human rather than an automated tool, ask a question about an analysis you have received, or request that your situation be reviewed by a human.
Simply write to: executive@wegartner.com. A human takes over.
The assessments process the information you enter yourself: your professional identity (first name, last name, role, company), your business email and your questionnaire answers. No biometric data is collected or processed for these assessments (VALÉRIE, KATE, PHILIPPE, CARLA). The Health & Longevity Protocol, for its part, runs in your own AI environment and is governed by a specific framework (see § 4a).
The generation of analyses relies on the API of the Claude model, provided by Anthropic (United States), acting as a data processor. The terms of this processing and of the transfer outside the European Union are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Health & Longevity Protocol convenes a board of scientific expertise simulated by AI (educational personas, not physicians) to help you understand your biological markers and prepare your conversations with your doctor.
Legal basis: transparency obligations under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). The processing of your health data within your personal environment falls under your own responsibility and the terms of the AI tool provider you use.
Our use of AI is deliberately bounded. In particular, WE GARTNER guarantees that its AI tools:
This last point is not merely an ethical choice: emotion recognition in the workplace by AI systems based on biometric data is a practice prohibited by the AI Act.
Legal basis: Article 5(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, which prohibits the placing on the market and use of AI systems designed to infer a person's emotions in the workplace, except in strictly defined cases (medical or safety reasons). The Article 5 prohibitions have applied since February 2, 2025. Article 22 of the GDPR for the absence of automated decision-making.
The assessments and analyses offered by WE GARTNER, whether AI-assisted or not, are intended for reflection and professional development. They constitute neither a medical diagnosis, nor a psychological opinion, nor regulated legal or financial advice. They do not replace the opinion of a qualified professional in these fields. For any health, legal or financial concern, please consult a licensed professional.
WE GARTNER classifies its public-facing AI systems in the limited-risk category under the AI Act, subject to transparency obligations. Our governance rests on:
